We will require a 25% deposit (non-refundable) to secure your booking with full balance due 6 weeks before holiday start date.

Last minute bookings (less than 6 weeks) will require full payment at the time of booking.

We accept cheque, postal order, bank transfer, credit/debit cards and PayPal.

Change over days are on Fridays, the house will be available from 3pm and must be vacated by 10am on your leaving day.
